1) Create a pleasant moment
Meals should be taken in a quiet environment. We will avoid television, phone calls, incessant passages in the kitchen, or any other activity that might distract the little one. Be fully available to him.
2) Establish rituals
As the baby grows up, he can participate by putting his plate and cutlery at the table, wiping his mouth, putting his bib in the room … All these rituals will make him feel great and give him pleasure to sit down at the table .
3) Use pretty little plates
Use plates decorated with animals or cute characters. Your child will hurry to finish his plate to see his little drawings.
4) Describe the food
